Our organization Sun-Rype Products, has worked with Jacqueline many times over the past number of years, and I have personally been a part of most of these sessions. She has provided extensive strategic planning training for our Marketing Department, enabling us to move from a very fragmented, undisciplined planning process to one that is more cohesive and effective that we still use today.
Other projects that we worked on with her included a Research Training session to improve our approach to consumer research and ultimately, improve the quality of the output of research. Jacqueline also facilitated a very effective Competitive Response Session with a multi-functional team to help us develop cohesive, actionable strategies to address some very significant pressure we were experiencing.
In all of these sessions, Jacqueline was an excellent facilitator, keeping us focused on our task and helping us to get to actionable, meaningful strategies and tactics. She understands the Consumer Packaged Goods business very well, and that expertise brings a lot of context to her ability to facilitate effectively.
She works well with all different stakeholders and personality types, and manages to ensure everyone is heard without letting things ramble on too much. She is great at the "post-gaming" and her follow-up is thorough, timely and easy to implement.
She is truly an asset to any company and we would not hesitate to enlist her help again in the future.
